Under Peter’s leadership, the Visible Works team fuses complex marketing elements to communicate brand and accelerate business momentum for each client.


Peter has over 25 years experience in the graphic design industry, where he has both designed and directed projects ranging from UX design and brand strategy development to web applications. He has generated results for organizations of all shapes and sizes, from corporate giants like Pfizer Inc. and Morgan Stanley to museums like the Nicolaysen Museum of Fine Arts, and The Holocaust Memorial Center in Detroit to non profit organizations like Gowanus Arts and niche market leaders like Goldtoe Socks.


With the firm conviction that human-centered digital experiences are a decisive component to a powerful brand identity, Peter has successfully deployed social media to help B2B firms dramatically increase their targeted leads list and sales through Linked In.


Peter’s extensive education includes the Master of Science in

Communication Design curriculum at Pratt Institute. He has earned

a Social Media Marketing License through SMMU, a Certificate of

Completion in UX Design from SpringBoard. Peter is also a registered affiliate of LinkedSelling. He has studied at The Boston Museum School; The Institute de Touraine in Tours, France; The School of Visual Arts in New York City; The Art Students League of New York; and Empire State College. He received his Bachelor of Fine Arts Degree from Hunter College in New York City.

Robert Neufeld is a versatile communications designer with over
20 years of experience developing successful brand and digital

design programs for large and complex organizations. He has implemented global brand strategies and graphic design initiatives for Fortune 500 companies delivering solutions that drive organizational success.


Design is at the heart of every project he undertakes, and, while his work is rooted in the idea that great design produces great results, his expertise extends to research, strategy, and management.


He started his career as the brand manager for American Express moving to Shearson Lehman Brothers as Vice President of Graphic Design and Brand where he led the rebranding strategies for two critical mergers.


As Corporate Identity Director for Pfizer Pharmaceuticals, he led a sweeping re-branding initiative including the development of a new logo, new brand strategy, architecture, and governance. He also implemented corporate and subsidiary Identity Guidelines to ensure consistent usage worldwide and oversaw the formation of an on-line Brand Center to further safeguard effective identity applications and significantly strengthen corporate image.


Robert holds a Master of Science in Communications Design from Pratt Institute in New York and was a teacher at the Parsons School of Design.
